In the second quarter of 2024, the Consumer Finance category on Android saw varied performances among its applications. Data from Sensor Tower provides a closer look at these trends.

Google Wallet experienced a fluctuating download trend starting at approximately 6K downloads in the first week of April and peaking at over 8K towards the end of the month. Weekly active users showed a consistent increase from around 299K to over 341K by the end of June.

bunq had a relatively stable quarter with downloads hovering around the low hundreds, with a notable spike to 709 in the first week of June. Weekly active users began at roughly 4K and saw a decline to around 4K by the quarter's end.

N26 — Love your bank saw its downloads range from 200 to nearly 300 throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users started at approximately 10K, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter close to 12K.

Taptap Send: Send money abroad maintained download numbers in the mid to high 200s, while its weekly active user count increased slightly from 800 to 825 over the quarter.

Splitwise, unlike others with no reported revenue, showed weekly revenue figures ranging from $90 to $198. Downloads for the app stayed consistent in the mid-200s, and active users saw a modest range from 1.7K to 1.9K.
